  BAINGAN ALOO   ( BRINGLE & POTATO MASALA ) Ingredients 250 gm Brinjal (Baingan) small size 1 medium size potato peeled and cut into pieces 1/2 tsp Salt 1/4 tsp Red Chilly powder 1/4 tsp Turmeric (Haldi) powder 1 tsp Dhania Powder 1/2 tsp Garam Masala 2 to 3 tsp cooking Oil Lets Start Mix Salt,  Red chilly powder, Turmeric powder , Dhania Powder, Garam masala in a bowl Make a slit on the Brinjal from the center and fill it with the above ingredients which you mixed in the bowl Take a Wok ( k adhayi ) Add cooking Oil and then add potatoes and Brinjal. Also add left over masala on it and stir properly so that masala is coated on the brinjal as well as potatoes. Just give a sprinkle of water and cover it Keep it on a low flame Keep stirring it after intervals of 10 minutes till it gets soft and check the potatoes also if they are soft and done.
