TOMATOES CUT INTO SLICES WITHOUT SEEDS.
GINGER GARLIC PASTE 2 TSP
PIZZA SAUCE READY MADE OR HOMEMADE
SOME OREGANO SEASONING
SOME CHILLY FLAKES
GRATED MOZZARELLA CHEESE
NOW MARINATE THE PANEER - :
TAKE PANEER CUBES IN A BOWL AND ADD SALT
GARAM MASALA
RED CHILLY POWDER,
GINGER GARLIC PASTE,
PUT 2 TSP OF OIL AND MIX WELL.
THEN,
TAKE IT OUT AND PUT IT INTO A NON STICK PAN AND FRY FOR JUST 2 TO 3 MINUTES ON MEDIUM FLAME.
THEN TAKE IT OUT AND IN THE SAME BOWL IN WHICH THE PANEER WAS MARINATED ADD ALL THE VEGETABLES LIKE ONION , CAPSICUM , BELLS PEPPERS AND MARINATE IT IN THE LEFT OVER MARINATION OF PANEER.
NOW PUT THESE MARINATED VEGETABLES AND FRY IT IN THE SAME NON STICK PAN FOR 5 MINUTES AND KEEP IT ASIDE AFTER TURNING OFF THE FLAME. THIS IS THE TIME TO ADD SLICED TOMATOES WITHOUT SEEDS TO THESE VEGGIES.
NOW TAKE THE PIZZA BASE ADD 2 TSP OF PIZZA SAUCE SPREAD IT EVENLY ON THE BASE.
NOW SPREAD CHEESE MORE OR LESS ACCORDING TO YOUR CHOICE ON THE PIZZA BASE EVENLY. ABOVE THAT PUT THE READY VEGETABLES,
ADD SOME PANEER (BREAK THE PANEER PIECES BY HAND INTO SMALL PIECES BEFORE ADDING IT TO YOUR PIZZA)
NOW SPRINKLE A LITTLE CHEESE OVER THE VEGETABLES.
BAKE THE PIZZA ON 200 DEGREES ON THIRD SHELF OF THE OVEN FOR 10 MINUTES.
BUT IF YOU WANT YOUR PIZZA CRUST TO BE CRISPY THEN YOU CAN PUT YOUR PIZZA ON THE LAST SHELF FOR 2 TO 3 MINUTES AFTER PUTTING THE PIZZA FOR 7 MINUTES ON THE 3RD SHELF.
AND YOUR DELICIOUS PIZZA IS READY.
