Tandoori Mushroom Tikka Recipe Cooked in Air fryer Quick healthy homemade low calorie Diet food

 


Ingredients 

200gm mushroom button 

1 cup Curd (dahi )

Ginger Garlic paste 2 to 3 tsp 

Salt to taste approx half tsp 

Kashmiri Red chilli powder 

1/2 tsp Red chilli powder

1/4 tsp Roasted Cumin powder 

1/2 tsp Tandoori Chicken Masala (Masala is veg)

2 tsp Pepper powder 

1/2 tsp Dry Funegreek leaves (kastoori Methi ) little 

Chaat Masala - 1 tsp 

Garam Masala 1/2 tsp 

 Vegetables Needed

1 onion cut into cubes

Diced 1/2 cup Capsicum 

1/2 Bells and Peppers

little oil for brushing

 Lets Start

 Wash mushroom buttons with luke warm water and spread it to dry for 10 minutes.

Take a bowl and Add Curd and all the spices mentioned above.

Also add ginger garlic paste. Mix well.

Now add diced onion, capsicum, bells n peppers and  Mushrooms. 

Now mix it with hands so that the marination is properly quoted on the mushrooms and vegetables.

Keep it in refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour. 

After around 45 minutes take it out and Thread the mushrooms on the skewers,putting 1 mushroom then diced onion , capsicum and bells peppers then again mushroom and so on.

Prepare all the sticks and then lightly brush some oil before putting it in an air fryer. (optional to oil)

Brush the Air fryer tray as well.

Cook it on 160 degrees for 10 minutes.

Your healthy tasty Mushroom Tikka is ready.

Serve with Mint sauce.
