  BAINGAN ALOO   ( BRINGLE & POTATO MASALA ) Ingredients 250 gm Brinjal (Baingan) small size 1 medium size potato peeled and cut into pieces 1/2 tsp Salt 1/4 tsp Red Chilly powder 1/4 tsp Turmeric (Haldi) powder 1 tsp Dhania Powder 1/2 tsp Garam Masala 2 to 3 tsp cooking Oil Lets Start Mix Salt,  Red chilly powder, Turmeric powder , Dhania Powder, Garam masala in a bowl Make a slit on the Brinjal from the center and fill it with the above ingredients which you mixed in the bowl Take a Wok ( k adhayi ) Add cooking Oil and then add potatoes and Brinjal. Also add left over masala on it and stir properly so that masala is coated on the brinjal as well as potatoes. Just give a sprinkle of water and cover it Keep it on a low flame Keep stirring it after intervals of 10 minutes till it gets soft and check the potatoes also if they are soft and done. INGREDIENTS

4 SLICES OF BREAD
75 GM BUTTER
6 TO 7 GARLIC CRUSHED
1 FINELY CHOPPED ONION
1 TO 2 GREEN CHILIES FINELY CHOPPED
SOME PROCESSED CHEESE GRATED OR MOZZARELLA CHEESE

LETS COOK

PRE HEAT YOUR OVEN AT 200 DEGREES FOR 10 MINUTES.

TAKE A SMALL PAN

ADD BUTTER ON MEDIUM FLAME

NOW PUT CRUSHED GARLIC INTO IT, SAUTE FOR 2 - 3 MINUTES 
WHEN THE AROMA OF GARLIC STARTS COMING TURN OFF THE FLAME

NOW APPLY THIS BUTTER ON BOTH SIDES OF EACH BREAD USING A BRUSH.

NOW SPREAD SOME ONION ON THE BREAD , ALSO ADD LITTLE GREEN CHILIES ON TOP OF IT. (IF YOU ARE PREPARING IT FOR KIDS SKIP ADDING GREEN CHILIES.)

SPRINKLE LITTLE CHEESE ON IT. 

NOW PUT THESE IN YOUR OVEN ON 200 DEGREES ON 3RD SHELF FOR 4 MINUTES.

AND YOUR YUMMY GARLIC BREAD IS READY TO SERVE AS AN EVENING SNACK OR WITH YOUR WHITE SAUCE PASTA. 

YOU CAN MAKE IT USING BUN LIKE SOME BIG RESTAURANTS SERVE GARLIC BREAD, JUST CUT THE UPPER PORTION OF BUN TO MAKE IT FLAT.

SPRINKLE SOME OREGANO'S AND CHILLY FLAKES ACCORDING TO YOUR TASTE.
